CAN I SKIP MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Sure, you can skip your subscription anytime by sending us an email at info@floretshop.com

*You will not be charged for skipped months.

But could be a good idea to send it to a friend or family, just let us know the new address by email.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You will be missed. But if you must, just send us an email at info@floretshop.com

Despite we take care to secure the flowers, sometimes, things can happen. The flowers are delicate, and the shipping process is not always kind. If something like this happens, please send us an email to info@floretshop.com with a photo, we will get back to you in 24 hours, and replace them.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE?
